What the job is like

Our aircraft work on contracts across Africa and the Middle East, so many of our crews and engineers do too. One rotation might be UN flights out of Juba; the next, charters from Wilson; the next, an air ambulance to Johannesburg. The strips are short, the weather is serious and the paperwork is thorough. The people who do well here stay calm and ask what’s next.

We grow our own

Our Head of Operations started as an apprentice engineer. Our Procurement Manager started in the stores. Our CEO started in the operations department. Our Director of Safety flew the line for 16 years first. When a senior job comes up, we look inside first.
